COMPANY POLICY!
Before placing your order, please read!

1. MINIMUM ORDER:
Shipment must be a minimum of $25.00, PREPAID BY  PayPal, CREDIT CARD Via PayPal, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER! NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!

2. Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 7-10 days, (excluding holidays and weekends).
Please specify how your order is to be shipped, either by UPS, or USPS. (United States Postal Service).  We only ship to the 48 continental states in North America.

3. DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE, BREAKAGE, or SHORTAGE:
If your order has arrived either short or broken, please notify us immediately upon receipt, and a claim can be filed.  Any adjustment must have a claim number assigned to it for reference.  DO NOT ACCEPT BADLY DAMAGED PACKAGES!!!  All orders leave our premises in good condition and packed safely.  We inspect all packages TWICE! 

4.  RETURN POLICY:
Due to health reasons, NO returns on Fragrances, Essential Oils, or Aromatherapy Products.  Please note All Sales Are Final except when the mistake is ours.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know what they are buying and how to handle the products.

Salaam's Caravan assumes No liability or responsibility for the use and/or  misuse of any items sold.  Remember keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.
